Your partnership application has been approved. You now earn 65% of every paid subscription payment from members who join through your link — no tiers, no minimums, and no access fee. Your approval also unlocks full access to every lesson in the Gunnar's Place training library for you and your own dogs.

Attached: your partnership program terms. A PDF copy of the terms you agreed to when you applied is attached to this email, including the Non-Disclosure Agreement and Non-Compete clauses you acknowledged. Please keep it for your records.

1. Set up your profile

From your partner dashboard, open the Promotional kit section. There you can tell us a little about your clinic so your printable materials read the right way:

  • Who your kit talks to: choose "Vet clinic" or "Rescue / shelter" so the wording matches your audience.
  • Display name: the clinic name shown on your reception desk sign and poster.
  • What the subscriptions support: a short line on your poster about what the funds help pay for (optional — we pre-fill a sensible default).
  • Fund note: a brief description of what the fund pays for, shown under the headline on your poster.

These fields are only used on your printable kit — your referrals always see "Gunnar's Place" branding, never your clinic's name.

2. Find your partner link

Your unique referral link is right at the top of your partner dashboard, in the Your referral link card. You can copy it, share it, or pull up a QR code from the QR code card next to it.

3. Grab your printable media kit

In the same Promotional kit section you can:

  • Download & print kit (PDF) — a printable flyer with your partner link, ready for your front desk, waiting room or notice board.
  • Desk sign and funding poster — preview them on screen, then print.
  • Social posts — ready-to-use messages for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, each with your link built in.
  • Other messages — short notes for email signatures, newsletters and client follow-ups. Use Copy or Print on each one.

Fill in the display name and fund line first, then download the PDF — your details are printed into it automatically.
