Affiliate communication & privacy policy

How affiliate support works in this app, what you share, and how to change your mind.

What this policy covers

Some trainers and businesses share this app with their own clients through a referral link, a referral code or an introduction arranged by our team. When that happens you may choose to let that affiliate support your training inside the app.

This policy explains what an affiliate can and cannot see, what they can do, and how you stay in control. It applies in addition to our general terms.

What you're asked for

During registration we show you the affiliate's business name, logo and contact information before asking anything. Allow affiliate support is optional, it is never switched on for you, and you can use the whole app without it.

If you allow affiliate support, you agree that the affiliate may see your name, email address, training progress and messages within the app so they can provide guidance and support. You can withdraw this permission at any time.

What an affiliate can see

Only customers attributed to that affiliate through an approved referral link, a referral code, or an assignment made by our team — and only while your permission is active.

With your permission they can see your first name, profile photo, email address, join date, last active date, current lesson, progress summary, completed lessons, next recommended lesson, the date of your last message and your messaging history with them.

What an affiliate can never see

Customers belonging to another affiliate, your password, your payment information, private lesson notes unless specifically authorised, your full progress history unless you consent, private messages between other people, and any internal administrative information.

Affiliates never receive administrator access, source code, database access or unrestricted exports of customer data.

Messaging

Affiliates can only contact you inside the app. They may not contact you outside the platform unless you separately give permission, and bulk promotional messages are not allowed.

Messaging limits are enforced automatically: a maximum number of messages per hour, a maximum number of new conversations per day, a maximum attachment size, screening for blocked wording and suspicious links, and an administrator review process for reports.

Your controls

In Privacy & communication inside the app you can allow or withdraw affiliate support, turn email notifications and in-app messages on or off, mute notifications, change your assigned affiliate, block your affiliate, report your affiliate, and ask for a copy of your personal information or for it to be deleted.

Withdrawing permission immediately hides your customer details from the affiliate, stops new messages and prevents the affiliate from exporting your data. Only the records we must keep for legal, accounting or security purposes are retained.

Reports and oversight

Every customer profile view, progress view, message, note and consent change is recorded in an audit log that administrators can review.

If an affiliate is suspended or terminated, their customer messaging is disabled and their customer profiles are hidden immediately. Your app access and your training progress are never affected.
