Apply to join the affiliate program. Once approved, you'll get a unique referral link. Your business name is the name your customers see for you, and your trainer name replaces "Tamara" across the app for anyone who visits through your link. You can also upload your logo to brand the landing page.

    The commission on every referral is paid to your rescue. You decide whether it goes to food, vet bills, foster supplies or training for your volunteers.

  • The more you refer, the higher your percentage

    Commission starts at 20% and climbs as your active referrals grow, all the way up to 70%. Rescues that refer steadily end up earning a real revenue stream from placements they were already making.

What you get

  • Your customers see your branding

    Everyone who signs up through your link sees your business name and your trainer name across the app, plus your logo on the landing page. Your customers see you, not us.

  • You can see your customers' progress

    Once a customer gives permission, you can open their profile and follow their training progress, so your help is based on what they are actually working on.

  • Your clients are yours

    Every customer who joins through your link is attributed to your account and stays with you. No other affiliate can see them, message them or claim them.

Shown to your customers exactly as you type it, including capitalization, spacing and punctuation. It appears on your referral link and landing pages, on customer registration and consent screens, in their privacy and message screens and support notices, and in message notifications. An administrator reviews it before it goes live, and it is never replaced by your personal name or email address.

Affiliate and Co-Branded Partner Agreement

By applying to the affiliate program you agree to the following terms:

1. Program & approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approval is granted at the sole discretion of the Company, and your affiliate status may be revoked at any time for any reason.

2. Referral tracking & commissions. Commissions are earned only on qualifying sales or bookings completed through your unique referral link, as recorded by the platform. The platform's records are final. Commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period to allow for cancellations and refunds.

3. Marketing conduct. You will not use spam, misleading advertising, paid search on the brand or domain name, or any tactic that competes with or disparages the Company. Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

4. Branding. The business name, trainer name and logo you provide are displayed to your referrals only. You retain ownership of your own brand assets and grant the platform a limited licence to display them for this purpose.

5. Intellectual property. All training content, curriculum, videos and materials remain the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, redistribute or resell any content provided through the program.

6. No guarantee of earnings. The Company makes no representation or guarantee regarding the income you may earn through participation.

7. Termination. You may stop promoting at any time. The Company may terminate your affiliate account and these terms at any time, with or without cause.

8. Independent contractor. You act as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for any taxes, filings or legal obligations arising from your affiliate activity.

9. Standards of conduct & termination for cause. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your affiliate privileges and revoke your referral link at any time, without refund of pending commissions, where the Company reasonably determines that (a) you have received a disproportionate volume of substantiated negative reviews or complaints from clients, or (b) you are utilising the platform, your referral link or your associated branding in a manner that is inconsistent with, or fails to support, positive, humane and evidence-based dog training methods. Termination under this clause is effective immediately upon notice, and any commissions not yet released may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

10. Customer access and permission. The affiliate may access only customers attributed to its affiliate account and only where the customer has provided the required permission.

11. Permitted use of customer information. The affiliate may use customer information solely to provide approved support through the platform. The affiliate may not download, export, sell, share, copy or use customer information for unrelated marketing or any competing product.

12. Contact outside the platform. The affiliate may not contact customers outside the platform unless the customer has separately provided permission.

13. Confidentiality and compliance. The affiliate must keep customer information confidential and follow all applicable privacy, advertising and communication requirements.

14. Suspension of customer access. The Company may suspend or terminate customer access, messaging access, referral links and affiliate privileges for misuse, spam, unauthorised contact, privacy violations, misleading claims or breach of this agreement.
